When You Meet a Higher Frequency
What happens when you become available to it?
Dear Soul Family,
In our last Whisper of Light, we spoke about frequency.
About the frequencies we surround ourselves with.
About attention, technology, nature, and the people and environments we repeatedly choose to experience.
But there is another dimension to frequency that we want to explore with you:
What happens when you meet a frequency that is higher than the one you are currently holding?
You may have experienced this yourself.
You spend time with someone who is deeply peaceful — and somehow you become more peaceful.
You sit in nature — and your breathing changes.
You enter a sacred space — and suddenly you no longer need to think so much.
You listen to music — and something inside you shifts.
You meditate — and after twenty minutes, the world seems different.
This is what we call frequency match.
And this is also why we are so passionate about transmission.
A frequency can be transmitted.
When a Sacred Code is being created, there is no intention to decide what the painting should say or what it should mean.
The frequency comes through.
And this is why Nathalie does not sign the paintings with her personal name.
Instead, each Sacred Code carries a symbol that was itself channelled as part of the transmission.
Why?
Because the energies we channel are greater than our individual human frequency.
The moment we place our personal name on the painting, we introduce our individual identity into the transmission. The mind can then begin to associate the frequency with the person rather than meeting the frequency itself.
And this is not what we want.
We work as a Trinity:
Nathalie, Uta and the Beings of Light and Love.
We are not the source of the energy.
We are the channel through which the Divine can move.
Our intention is to keep the channel as clear as possible, so that what comes through is not limited by our personal identity, our mind or our interpretation.
The symbol, on the other hand, is part of the transmission itself. It carries its own frequency and belongs to the Sacred Code — not to the person who brought it through.
This is why we invite you to:
Experience first.
Interpret later.
Meet the frequency before the mind creates a story around it.
Feel it.
Receive it.
Allow it to move through you.
This is also why we listen to our own recordings every day.
We cannot consciously hold a particular state throughout an entire day. But when we reconnect with a recording, we can reconnect with the frequency we experienced while creating it.
Our intention is not to fix you or give you something you do not already have.
It is simply to create an opportunity for you to meet a different frequency — and to remember what is already within you.
A living experience of frequency match
We experienced this very tangibly during our Sacred Mission in Bhutan.
One of the most extraordinary moments of our journey happened at Sangchen Choekhor Paro (see the picture above).
We were received with a warmth that touched us deeply.
We were welcomed not as tourists, but as family.
We were invited to dine with Lam Tashi Rinpoche and the head of Tiger's Nest. They prepared food for us, opened their space to us, and after hundreds of monks had prayed for us, we sat together at the table.
There was no performance.
No need to impress.
Just presence.
Prayer.
Food.
Silence.
Conversation.
And an unmistakable feeling of being held within something much greater than ourselves.
For us, this was frequency match.
We had travelled to the Himalayas with a clear intention: purification, remembrance and a deepening of our connection with the Light.
And suddenly we found ourselves sitting with people who have devoted their lives to walking this path.
It reminded us of something very simple:
Blessing does not have to mean that something is done to you.
It can mean that you are brought into contact with a frequency that reminds you of the Light already within you.
The Himalayas are filled with masters, practitioners and sacred places where generations have walked this path before us.
We did not go there to create another religion.
We went there to remember.
This is our mission too.
We are not here to create another system of "right" and "wrong".
We are not asking you to replace one belief system with another.
We are not asking you to believe what we believe.
Our intention is much simpler:
to bring forward a higher frequency that can make life feel more spacious, more loving, more conscious and more connected.
More kindness.
More ease.
More happiness.
More alignment.
More connection with your own Soul.
So what frequency are you choosing?
What do you listen to first thing in the morning?
What do you put into your body?
Who receives your attention?
What fills your mind before you sleep?
Do you give yourself moments without a screen?
Do you allow yourself to simply breathe?
Every choice is an opportunity for frequency match.

From that place, you may find yourself making different choices.
