Do you sometimes feel lonely — even when you are not alone?
Not because there are no people around you.
But because they are not necessarily your people.
The ones with whom you can talk about consciousness, energy and the mysteries of life.
The ones with whom you can dream, wonder and spin about what might be possible when we dare to think out of the box and out of the Matrix.
I know this feeling, too.
Since leaving my work in the hospital, I sometimes miss the everyday connection with colleagues. At the same time, I feel deeply grateful for Nathalie and our Soul Tribe — even though most of our Soul Family are spread across the globe.
Perhaps this is one reason why I love to travel:
I want to meet my people.
To feel that resonance. To share. To create. To walk together on a Sacred Mission.
Because when you meet someone who simply gets you, something inside you can relax.
You realize: Nothing is wrong with me. I simply long for deeper resonance.
🪨 The little stone pyramid in the forest
While jogging in the forest, I came across this little stone pyramid.
And suddenly, I saw a beautiful metaphor for the Matrix.
Layer upon layer.
Stone upon stone.
Just like us.
Over the years, we accumulate beliefs, conditioning, expectations, ancestral patterns, imprints and ideas about who we are supposed to be — and what is possible for us.
Until we can mistake all these layers for who we truly are.
But the stones are not the essence.
The true essence is within.
So what if we begin to let the stones fall?
One by one.
The beliefs that are no longer ours.
The conditioning that limits us.
The old imprints that keep us small.
The stories that do not support our highest and best good.
Not by fighting them.
But by becoming conscious of them.
Until we can see behind the mask.
Behind the façade.
Behind everything we have learned to be.
And remember what has been there all along.

From Monday, we will once again be traveling on Sacred Mission — through India and onwards to Bhutan, where we will make our way to the sacred Tiger’s Nest in the Himalayas.
And this time, something is a little different.
Nathalie and I will be travelling with a member of our Soul Tribe — a devoted student, dear friend and beautiful soul who is joining us on this journey.
We love that our Soul Family is not only something we speak about, but something we get to experience in real life — sharing the journey, the encounters, the magic and everything that unfolds along the way.
