When the Divine leaves nothing to chance
There are moments in life when you simply know that something much greater is at work.
Not because you have planned it.
Not because you have searched for it.
But because the pieces fall into place with such precision that your mind can no longer explain them.
We have learned something important on our journeys: keep your eyes and ears open, but don't search.
What is meant for you will find you.
It will arrive in Divine Timing.
And sometimes, when it does, you suddenly see how long the preparation has already been happening behind the scenes.
The Mala that was waiting
During our recent journey through the Himalayas, Nepal and Tibet, Nathalie told me that she had seen a black Mala with her inner eye.
She knew it was waiting for her.
We didn't know where it was.
We didn't know when it would appear.
We didn't know what it would look like.
It was simply another sign.
So we kept moving.
Last weekend, during our Soul Tribe Gathering in the deepest Black Forest of Germany, the Mala found her.
And the story of how we ended up there is just as extraordinary.
Last autumn, while we were travelling through France on the trail of Mary Magdalene, Nathalie told me:
“The Black Forest is calling.”
Months later, when it became clear that we were meant to create a Soul Gathering for our community, we knew: the Black Forest was the place.
But neither of us knew a suitable retreat location.
And here is where I usually have a challenge with the mind.
I don't particularly like consciously searching for something.
Because the moment I start searching, my mind gets involved. It creates expectations, preferences and limitations — and often a reality much smaller than the one that becomes possible when the Divine has free space to orchestrate.
So instead of searching endlessly, I simply posted a question in a German Facebook group for spiritual events:
Does anyone know a retreat location in the Black Forest?
Soon afterwards, someone suggested a place.
I looked at the website.
It took forever to load.
The pictures were not particularly impressive.
My mind definitely couldn't understand why this was the place.
And yet, something inside me said:
Yes. Go there.
So I trusted the inner impulse.
I contacted the owner.
And somehow, everything worked out perfectly.
There was enough space for our gathering — and, almost miraculously, the holiday apartment became available for me and my two younger children for an entire week.
We arrived.
We explored the surrounding area.
And little by little, the places and experiences for our Soul Tribe began revealing themselves.
But we had no idea what else was waiting for us there.
The woman who had lived in India
The owner of the retreat centre turned out to be a true India lover.
She had lived in India for many years, including periods of deep silence. She had met extraordinary people and discovered extraordinary places.
And one of those places happened to be one of Nathalie's favourite places in India.
At this sacred place, the owner had once received three Malas made from a special fossilized black stone.
Later, she brought them back to Germany and sold them in her little shop at the retreat centre.
When we arrived, only one was left.
It had been waiting.
For Nathalie.
The Mala she had seen in her inner vision during our journey through the Himalayas was suddenly standing in front of her — in a retreat centre in the Black Forest, in Germany, connected through a woman who had lived in India, through a sacred place that Nathalie deeply loves, through a chain of events that neither of us had planned.
How?
How could all these connections, all this preparation, all these seemingly random details come together without something greater moving behind the scenes?
For me, there was only one answer:
GOD — Grand Orchestration Design.
The Divine has a design.
And perhaps the magic isn't that miracles occasionally happen.
Perhaps the miracle is that everything is already connected.
We simply don't always see it yet.
And then… the Mummelsee
As if the Mala story wasn't enough, our Soul Gathering led us to another place filled with mystery and magic: Mummelsee.
A unique, dark mountain lake surrounded by the ancient energy of the Black Forest.
Already at the entrance, we learned that in medieval times the lake was called Lacus mirabilis — the miraculous lake.
Its name is connected with the Mummeln, the water lilies, which inspired the legends of the Nixen — water beings said to dwell in the dark depths of the lake.
The legend tells of them emerging at night, singing and dancing above the water, before being called back into the depths by the King of the Lake at one o'clock.
It is usually presented as a legend.
As though the story isn't real.
But we were invited to do something different:
Don't decide what is real. Feel into it.
Connect with the water beings, the mermaids and mermen.
And discover what might be behind the story.
Something incredible happened for each of us.
Those who know me know that dragons, fairies, angels and other beings are not simply concepts to me. They are part of a living reality that I communicate with.
And this weekend, I was invited to open to another world:
the world of the mermaids and mermen.
A world of magic.
And somehow, that became the essence of our entire weekend.
Nature as a doorway
We spent time deeply connected with nature.
We walked.
We listened.
We felt.
We used the energy of the forest, the rocks and the water to support healing, clarity and answers to important questions.
And once again, I was reminded:
Nature is not separate from us.
It can become a doorway.
A mirror.
A source of wisdom.
When we slow down enough to listen, the answers we are searching for often don't need to be found.
They reveal themselves.
And perhaps this is why our Soul Gathering felt so magical.
Because we weren't trying to manufacture magic.
We simply created the space for it to appear.
And yes…
We are already feeling the call to create another journey like this for our Soul Tribe next year. ❤️
The next portal: Full Moon in Pisces 🌕
And now another beautiful alignment is approaching.
This Friday morning brings the Full Moon in Pisces — the Divine Unifier — together with a partial Lunar Eclipse.
The eclipse begins in the early morning hours and, weather permitting, will be visible in Europe.
Pisces invites us to soften the boundaries between what we call real and what we call imaginary.
To trust intuition.
To surrender.
To remember that not everything needs to be understood by the mind in order to be experienced by the soul.
Perhaps this Full Moon is another invitation:
What if magic is everywhere — but we only notice it when we open ourselves to it?
The Mala was always on its way.
The Black Forest was already calling.
The retreat location was already waiting.
The Mala was already waiting.
The Mummelsee was already waiting.
And perhaps something is waiting for you, too.
Not because you need to chase it.
But because you are becoming ready to receive it.
Are you ready to invite more magic into your life?
If you feel the call to explore where you currently are on your Soul Journey, what is opening for you and which possibilities are waiting to be activated, reach out to us.
We would love to connect with you and feel into what might be your next step.
